AI audit log

Every call this site makes to an AI model is recorded here, in your browser's IndexedDB. Each entry shows the provider and model, the system prompt and message sent, the other request settings (max tokens, temperature or effort, the answer schema and retry limit), how many attempts it took, what came back, how long it took and how many tokens it used. You can mark each output accepted, edited or rejected and add a note; this log is the single record of those decisions, and evaluation exports read them from here. The API key is never stored in the log, and the log never leaves your browser unless you export it.

Exports include the fields id, timestamp, feature, provider, model, input_system, input_user, output, request, attempts, error_kind, error_message, latency_ms, input_tokens, output_tokens, human_decision, human_note, decided_at, context.
